PRESS RELEASE No. 17 - 2019

PCG Honolulu conducted a mobile consular outreach mission to Maui Island on 23-24 March 2019. The team provided 241 consular services consisting of passport renewals and legal document services. Oaths were administered to 37 new dual citizens.

The consular outreach was conducted in cooperation with the Maui County Immigrant Services Division, which also provided volunteers and the venue at the Maui Business Action Center. (END)

The consular outreach team assisted a number of senior citizens who are not able to travel to Honolulu due to medical reasons. Passport encoders: Rodel Tejada and Severino Baliao.

Consul Roberto T. Bernardo administered the Oath of Allegiance to 37 dual citizenship applicants.
