27/03/2018: PH CONSULATE LAUNCHES APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FOR CONSULAR SERVICES BEGINNING 1 MAY 2018

The Philippine Consulate General wishes to advise the public that, in line with the thrust of the Department of Foreign Affairs to provide efficient and convenient consular services to all Filipinos, the Philippine Consulate General will implement an appointment system for its consular services, namely, passport, dual citizenship, notarials and civil registry, effective 01 May 2018.

Applicants who have successfully registered their appointment online will receive a system-generated email which will include the date and time of their preferred appointment, general guidelines, requirements for the consualar service/s they wish to avail themselves of, and information on where to download the application forms.

Unless you have secured an appointment, it is highly unlikely that the Consulate will be able to accommodate your application.

Securing an appointment is not required for any of the following: senior citizens (60 years old and above); persons with disability; pregnant women; solo parents; children 7 years old and below; and overseas Filipino workers including seamen.The Consulate will continue to accept their applications on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
