11/10/2016: Order of Deactivation of Voter Records

Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 10161, the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Office of Overseas Voting (OFOV) hereby orders the deactivation of registration records of 131 overseas voters in AMERICAN SAMOA, 5 overseas voters in FRENCH POLYNESIA, and 2,029 overseas voters in HAWAII for their failure to vote in the 2013 and 2016 National Elections. The lists of overseas voters whose registration records will be deactivated can be found in the following links:

All overseas voters whose registration records are included in the list may file their applications for reactivation from December 1, 2016 to October 31, 2018 at the Office for Overseas Voting or at the Consulate.

Request for reactivation can be mailed to the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu located at 2433 Pali Hwy, Honolulu, HI 96817. Alternatively, deactivated voters can email their request for reactivation at overseasvoting.honolulu@gmail.com.
