20/06/2016: ADVISORY ON BALIKBAYAN BOXES

 

With reference to complaints received on balikbayan box shipments, please be informed that the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry has issued an advisory and a sort of warning as of 17 June 2016 regarding the lists of Blacklisted or Unaccredited Philippine Freight Forwarders with Pending Administrative cases, as well as blacklisted foreign freight forwarders and consolidators, those with formal charge, and those with consumer complaints.
