UNDELIVERED OVERSEAS ABSENTEE VOTING PACKETS READY FOR PICK UP AT THE PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL

 

The Philippine Consulate General would like to inform the public that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has started sending electoral packets containing ballots for the 13 May 2013 Philippine elections. Some packets, however, have been returned to the Consulate as they were deemed undeliverable by the US Postal Service.

Qualified voters whose names appear in the list below (to be updated weekly) may now claim their electoral packets at the Philippine Consulate located at 2433 Pali Highway, Honolulu, HI 96817. We are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, except Philippine and US holidays:

In claiming these ballots at the Consulate, voters must present their passports or any identification card with photo and signature.

Voters must then cast their ballots by mail or personally drop them off at the Consulate not later than 7:00 pm of 13 May (Manila date and time). Voting period for the Senatorial and Party List elections is from 13 April to 13 May 2013.

Those who have not yet received their ballots or find their names in the lists by 15 April 2013 may call the Consulate at telephone numbers 808-595-6316 to 19 (END).
